Changed your mind, or something isn't right? You have 30 days from delivery to send your Juicebox back in its original condition. One rule keeps it smooth: contact us first.
Important · Read before you ship
Do not mail anything back before your return is approved. Every return needs an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by us. Packages sent without an approved RMA can't be tracked to your order and may be refused.
Contact us for an RMA
Email support@voltlabusa.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll review it and reply with your RMA number.
Get approved
Once your return is approved, we'll email a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you. Returns are always free – you never pay for return shipping.
Pack & ship it back
Put the Juicebox back in its original packaging, write the RMA number on the outside of the box, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off. That's it.
We refund you
When your return arrives and passes a quick inspection, we issue your refund to the original payment method. Most refunds post within a few business days.
