Who we are

Volt Lab, a California-based business, selling the XTC Juicebox at voltlabusa.com. Buying from us or using this site means you accept these terms.

Orders & payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe. We ship free within the US; international shipping isn't available yet. We may decline or refund an order (e.g. address problems, stock errors) – if we do, you get your money back.

Returns

30 days from delivery, unused, in original condition and packaging, with an RMA number issued before you ship. Return shipping is free with our prepaid label. Full instructions on the Refunds & Shipping page.

Use it safely – the rules are short

The Juicebox is a power adapter, not a battery charger. You agree to follow the safety rules: always use a charge controller between the Juicebox and any battery, never exceed 100W input, match your charger settings to your source, and never connect raw solar panel leads. Batteries – especially lithium – can be dangerous when mishandled; you are responsible for using appropriate charging equipment and settings.

Warranty & liability

If a unit is defective, contact us and we'll make it right within the return window. Beyond that, the product is provided as described in the spec table; to the extent the law allows, we're not liable for damage caused by use outside the published specs or safety rules. Some states don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.

This website

Site content (text, drawings, the simulator) belongs to Volt Lab. Don't scrape it into your own store listing. The simulator is an estimate for planning, not a guarantee of a specific setup's output.

Disputes

These terms are governed by California law. If something goes wrong, email us first – support@voltlabusa.com – and we'll almost certainly sort it out faster than anyone's lawyer.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date at the top. The terms in force when you ordered apply to your order.
